AllPaid Assistant is a payer support tool at support.allpaid.com. A payer looks up a payment they have already made, asks about it in their own words, and gets an answer without waiting for a person. It is free, needs no account, and is available 24/7/365.

What Payers Can Do

Look up their payment. By reference number, or by the email or phone they paid with.
Ask in their own words. Check status, see when the agency is paid, and find out what happens next.
Use it free, with no account. The session is encrypted and expires after 30 minutes.
