# Look Up Your Payment Status Online

## **Look up your payment status online**

When you make a payment through AllPaid, your confirmation shows what you submitted — but processing doesn't always end there. Your payment moves through several stages before funds reach the agency, and the status can change along the way.

The AllPaid payment look-up tool lets you check the current status of your payment, view payment details, and see a history of other payments associated with your account — anytime, without calling or emailing.

### **What you can see**

Once verified, you can view:

- Who you paid (agency name)
- Payment amount, service fee, and total charged
- Current payment status
- A history of other payments linked to your email address or phone number

### **What you'll need**

Have one of the following ready before you begin:

- Your reference number — found on your payment confirmation email or receipt, or
- The email address or phone number you used when making your payment

If you're using your reference number, you'll also need one of the following:

- Your billing street number, or
- Your billing ZIP code and the last 4 digits of the card you used

In either case, you'll also need the month your payment was made.

### **How to look up your payment**

1. Go to [support.allpaid.com](https://support.allpaid.com).
2. Click Check my payment status.
3. Choose a look-up method (see the two options below).

#### **Option 1: Look up with your reference number**

Use this option if you have the reference number from your payment confirmation. Select how you'd like to verify your identity, then complete the form:

- **Street number:** Enter your reference number, billing street number, and payment month.
- **ZIP + card last 4:** Enter your reference number, billing ZIP code, the last 4 digits of the card used, and payment month.

Click Find my payment.

#### **Option 2: Look up with your email or phone**

Use this option if you don't have your reference number. This method also shows your full payment history tied to that contact information.

- Enter the email address or phone number associated with your payment.
- A one-time verification code will be sent to that address or number.
- Enter the code to access your payment details.
